Flour with Aroma of Meat

When you make roast in oven, take some plain flour in a small wide pot and place it near the roast in oven. When plain flour turns to brown color, take it out. Use this flour to make a sauce, the sauce will prepare with a nice aroma of meat.

گوشت کی خوشبو والا آٹا

جب آپ نے اوون (oven) میں روسٹ (roast) پکانے کو رکھا ہو تو ایک چھوٹے سے کھلے برتن میں تھوڑا سا میدہ (white flour) ڈال کر روسٹ (roast) کے قریب رکھ دیں۔ جب میدہ ہلکا براؤن (light brown) ہو جائے تو نکال لیں۔ اس میدہ سے جب آپ ساس (sauce) بنائیں گے تو وہ خوشبودار ہو گی۔
