Baked Lemon Mousse Flowers- an easy to make and incredibly delicious desert recipe. You will be amazed it hardly take half hour to make it and flower shaped looks very presentable. You can try you favorite filling creams like vanilla cream, nutella etc. Must try out you will find everyone who sees and tastes it saying "WOW, AWSOME"

  • Ingredients

  • Dough 1 frozen packet

  • Icing sugar 1 oz or 2 tbsp

  • For Lemon mousse:

  • Condensed milk 1/2 tin

  • Tahiti lemons 2 (squeezed)

  • In a blender add condensed milk and Tahiti lemon's juice and blend well to incorporate like thick consistency. Mousse is ready keep a side.

  • Directions:

  • 1. Leave the frozen dough on counter for 30 minutes then roll out by rolling pin.

  • 2. Use flower cutter and cut dough in flowers shape.

  • 3. Now in a muffin tray place flowers and press slightly from center to form cup like shape. Be carefull flower petals remains outside from tip of petals.

  • 4. Take spoon or use finger and press alternate flower petals till touch sides of muffin tray and edges overlap to next petal and come into perfect flower shape.

  • 5. Prick all assembled flowers dough by fork and bake at gas mark 4 or 180 degree for approximately 5 to 7 minutes till golden.

  • 6. When done take out and let cool at room temperature and unmold each tart in a tray or plate.

  • 7. Fill prepared lemon mousse into each baked lemon mousse.

  • 8. Take icing sugar into sieve and sprinkle on each tart and enjoy!
