  • Take sour almond oil, handful almond, 1/2 pinch baking soda, 2 lemon and 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar, mix and apply on hair at bed time, then apply used tea and next day wash with shampoo.

  7. salaam, i have the same problem of falling hair but thts not all i have thyroid and i heard the falling is due to tht so is there any different way of saving my hair from falling or shld i use the one above ?....... and i have few other questions as well i have facial hair, weight problem again due to hypo thyroid and under eye dark circles kindly guide me to prevent these problems thank u.

  8. Beena, rinse your scalp with 300 ml brewed tea after shampooing. Don't rinse your hair with water afterwards or squeeze it out. Leave it in your hair. This should prevent hair fall and thicken hair. Now what could be easier than that?
