Cream is widely used in desserts. Sometimes we even do not get it from shop. At that time I often use homemade cream that develops same taste like packet brought. Follow this recipe and you will come to know how easy it is to make at home.

  • You will Need:

  • Whole milk

  • Directions

  • Step 1: Fill whole milk in a pan and bring to boil.

  • Step 2: Allow cooling at room temperature for 3-4 hours then keeping in refrigerator for 8-12 hours. (You will see cream to rise on the surface).

  • Step 3: Carefully skim cream from top with a spoon and thus cream will be separated from milk.

  • Step 4: Whisk cream well using a hand whisk for few minutes until it’s creamy.

  • Your homemade cream is ready.

  • Note

  • Don't stir as cream mix with milk and will not sit on top.
    You can use this cream for mixing in custard/desserts or topping for desserts.
    You cannot use this cream for making whipped cream.
