  • Ingredients:

  • 1 cup honey
    3/4 cup apple cider
    250 g desi garlic, chopped

  • Cooking Direction:

  • Mix all ingredients together.
    Fill in jar and refrigerate.
    Eat 2 tbsp before breakfast.

  3. i have tried this recipe but in 20 days there is no weight loss. and also i have face lot of problem to eat 2 spoon beacuse when i used i felt its burning something from mouth to stomach and after eatjng one apple felt a little comfort. but still i m using so please tell weather i m not doing somthing wrong with reciepe. coz i made same as u published.thanks my email is shahzadqtapk@gmail.com
