Hair Nourishing Drink: Take 2-3 cherries, strawberries or any other type of available berries (adjust the quantity by size), 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon Lallemantia reylenne (tukmalanga) and 1 tablespoon barley (jaw). Blend it all with round about half a glass of water and drink this hair nourishing drink fresh.
