Preheat the oven at 200 degree C
Make the omelet mixture by a recipe of your choice from -Omelette Recipe-.
Generously grease a frying pan with a heat proof or a baking pan.
Now pour the omelet mixture in the pan and place it in the preheated oven.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or till center feels firm.
