Meat distributes among relatives and needy people and all most all families have a quantity of meat in their home. So the meat needs to be freeze avoiding to bad odor and spoiling. Due to lack of space and for saving space, the meat should be divided into small portions according to your requirement. The meat should be tightly wrapped freezer bag, cling film or heavy duty aluminum foil. Keep in mind all packets must be dampness vapour safe, clean and air out.

  • Meat products are at risk of bacteria, which can cause food poisoning and illness. Therefore you need an extra care when going to handle raw meat and make sure that all surfaces, utensils and especially your hands are clean. This is a health matter freeze meat in a good quality freezer paper to protect the meat.

  • We are giving you step by step pictures tutorial so you can freeze meat without facing any trouble.

  • Step 1- Cut off paper according to your requirement and place meat in the center of paper.

  • Step 2- Bring ends together and start folding ends of paper together over center of meat.

  • Step 3- Keep turning paper over and crease each fold. At the end paper will come near the meat and becomes tight. Release the air to prevent freezer burn.

  • Step 4- Press down paper close to sides of the meat. Realize all the air so you can make a tight package. Fold in each of the four corners of paper. This will make a edge at each end.

  • Step 5- Turn pointed edges of paper under packet. At that point overlap under about an inch at every corner of packet. Now a tight meat packet is ready that is air free.

  • Step 6- Seal each packet with tape and label them according the meat you packed in them. Now your meat is ready to go in freezer.
