  • Ingredients

  • Palak/spinach 1 cup (boiled)

  • Wheat flour 1 ½ cups

  • Green chilies 4-5

  • Ajwain 1 tsp

  • Salt ½ tsp

  • Water as required

  • Directions

  • 1) Grind boiled spinach with green chilies and water.

  • 2) Add wheat flour, ajwain and salt with ground spinach and make smooth dough.

  • 3) Make small balls and roll into pooris and deep fry in hot oil by pushing them in oil with spoon.

  • 4) Serve with Boondhi Raita.

  • Boondhi Raita

  • Ingredients

  • Kara boondhi ½ cup

  • Yogurt ½ cup

  • Red chilli powder ¼ tsp

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for tempering

  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

  • Water as required

  • Directions

  • 1) Soak the boondhis in hot water for 15 minutes.

  • 2) Add salt and red chili powder in yogurt. Mix in boondies.

  • 3) Temper with oil and garnish with coriander leaves.
