These cheesecakes are marvellous finger snack for party or for occasionally treats. Whether valentine's day, baby shower or kids party these hearts will be hit among all. Learn step by step method to make them on your upcoming celebartion.

  • Ingredients:

  • Graham crackers or digestive biscuits 1-1/2 cup

  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp

  • Butter 2-3 tbsp (melted)

  • For Cheese Filling:

  • Caster Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Cream cheese 200 gms

  • Whipping heavy cream 1 tetra pack

  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp

  • Eggs 2

  • Food coloring red, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange

  • 2 Heart shaped Silicone molds with 6 cavities

  • Method:

  • For Cheesecake Base:

  • 1. Pre heat oven at mark 180 C.

  • 2. Crush biscuits into food processor with butter and cinnamon powder till form sandy texture.

  • 3. Spoon heaping tbsp into mold's each heart and press to make a plain crust base, now bake till crust become golden brown for approximately 10 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool at room temperature.

  • 4. For the Cheese Filling: Add cream cheese, sugar, whipping cream, vanilla extract and eggs into food processor and mix all.

  • 5. Now divide this cream cheese filling into 6 equal portions in small bowls.

  • 6. Add red color in one bowl then blue in another bowl as well all color will be added in all 6 bowls to get rainbow colors.

  • 7. Now fill a full spoon of purple color into mold on the top of each baked crusts, tap mold on counter to remove air.

  • 8. Now repeat this same process with blue, green, yellow, orange and red color fillings respectively.

  • 9. Steam bake at mark 180 C for about 20 minutes till cheese filling sets.
