  • If you want to dine in Marriott then Suzie Wong is the best choice. It is one of the most frequented Chinese restaurants. To keep up the interest level of the customers, the menu is changed on a regular basis. The ingress to the restaurant is like the entrance to a Chinese temple. The sleek interiors give the place a very shipshape, professional ambiance. At lunch one can have both buffet and a la carte whereas dinner can only be ordered from the menu.

  • The buffet offers varieties such as Fish with Leek, Yang Chow Fried Rice, Vegetable Chow Mien, Prawn Tempura, Chicken Wings and Steamed Chicken with Black Bean Sauce. From the menu, seafood is a hot favourite. For starters one can have Prawn Tempura or Egg and Vegetable Rolls and in soup, Wonton Soup and Tom Yang Kong are the best. In seafood there are prawns, lobsters and fish. Apart from these there are poultry, vegetable and beef dishes as well. In all these, Szechuan items are the most popular. Prawn lovers can select from Garlic Prawns, Hot and Sour or Sweet and Sour Prawns. In poultry, Kung Pao Chicken is a must-have. For vegetarians, Vegetables in Oyster Sauce and Vegetables in Chilli Garlic Sauce are the best. The menu also has varieties of rice, Chow Mien, Chop Suey and Foo Yong. Prawns, chicken and vegetables cooked with Foo Yong, a Chinese vegetable, are worth a try.

  • For those with a sweet tooth, there is Banana Toffee, China Grass Jelly, Chinese Custard Tarts and Lychees with Parfait Ice-cream.

  • We recommend Suzie Wong for an amazing time out with family or intimate dinners but don’t forget to make prior reservations.
