  • Pakistan Cuisine has a variety of breads commonly called “Roti” in Pakistan. Pakistani bread acts as a companion with every Pakistani curry, gravy, meat and vegetable fries, barbeque etc. Infect no Pakistani meal is complete without an accompanying bread, unless it’s a rice dish. Some Pakistani breads are cooked on flat griddle pan (Tawa) and some are cooked in clay ovens (Tandoor). A few are deep fried. 

    Pakistani breads can be sorted in two categories; flat breads that are cooked on flat griddle pans and baked breads that are cooked in clay ovens. Some Pakistani homes have reserved a good space for clay ovens, but not every home can provide that. Clay ovens get really heated and an average house wife cannot manage it. For that there are bread shops in Pakistan. Fresh baked breads are bought from these bread shops. There’s a fine variety of delicious aromatic Pakistan baked breads.
