And plan a barbecue get together on the occasion of Eid ul Adha or on any celebration with inexpensive materials grill. Even this moveable barbecue grill can be take on beach, garden or outside anywhere to a particular place wherever you want.

  • Things you will need:

  • Barbecue grill

  • Charcoal

  • Charcoal starter

  • News paper

  • Tong

  • Directions:

  • 1. When you buy charcoal do not ignore quality of charcoal. Be cautious from briquette charcoals they not only burn the food even change the flavor of meat or anything you that grill and create bad odor also. Always choose lump charcoals which are good to burn easily.

  • 2. Charcoal starter is very supportive to light charcoals easily.

  • 3. You would not need to use patrol or kerosene oil to pour on charcoal to catch the fire on coals that may be dangerous. Take a newspaper (approx. 16 inches) roll in from top side corner and form a cone shape. Now light cone and keep on coals, cover by charcoal to light inside charcoals well. Use tong to move charcoals up side to down.

  • 4. Allow charcoal to burn until color change evenly.

  • 5. Take marinated steak, tikka skewers, kababs, fruits or vegetable wedges and place on grill and let it cook with brushing oil for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
