  • If you want to make flourless crust for quiche then this recipe is best for you. Yes use potato for crust and get a delicious taste. Check our step by step recipe.

  • Ingredients

  • Potato

  • Salt and black pepper for seasoning

  • Eggs

  • Spring onion (diced)

  • Capsicum (diced)

  • Directions

  • Grate potato and add seasoning according to taste.

  • In a greased muffin, press potato into the pan and up the sides like a pie crust. Bake them at 180 C until light brown and crispy.

  • Beat eggs, add salt, pepper, spring onion and capsicum.

  • Fill potato quiche crust with eggs filling and bake until eggs set.

  • Potato quiche crust is ready to serve.

  • Note: You can replace filling with your choice.
