  • • Take 2-3 figs (injeer) and soak them in cold water overnight. Eat the water soaked figs in the morning on empty stomach along with the water.
    • Eat loads of cheese & carbohydrate rich foods.
    • Have banana & dates milk shake twice a day, daily.
    • Walk daily for 30 minutes.

  2. S Javed Rizwan figs and banana both rapidly increase weight. Drink figs and banana shake in breakfast and for joints pain take aloe vera halwa which is known as ghegwar or ghekawr halwa or take a tbsp of aloe vera gel daily. thanks

  12. Asim to become healthy you must do daily exercise walk play any physical activities. Also eat fresh raw and cooked vegetables avoid from bakery product make it habit to get up early morning and early to bed. Take plenty of water and juices as well prefer white meat chicken fish more than red meat. thanks
