Not everyone wants to loose weight. There are some of us who want to gain weight to appear healthy and lively. Follow this tip to help yourself gain some healthy weight.

  • • Take 2-3 figs (injeer) and soak them in cold water overnight. Eat the water soaked figs in the morning on empty stomach along with the water.
    • Eat loads of cheese & carbohydrate rich foods.
    • Have banana & dates milk shake twice a day, daily.
    • Walk daily for 30 minutes.
