Hearty dessert with two most favorite ingredients of everybody. One is mango and second is cheese. This mango cheese cake is no bake cheese cake which dont need oven to bake. Let's learn to prepare with step by step method.

  • Ingredients:

  • Cream Cheese 300 gm
    Yogurt 250 gm
    Mashed Mango 200 gm
    Mango (1 small, sliced)
    Milk 70 gm
    Gelatin leaves 10 gm
    Whipping cream 250 gm
    Sugar 60 gm
    Boiled water 1/2 cup

    For the Topping:
    Orange Juice 50 gm
    Gelatin leaf 2.5 gm

  • Step by Step Instructions:

  • 1- Add cream cheese with yogurt in a large bowl and then add boiling water. This will dissolve the cream cheese and yogurt.

  • 2- Peel and slice mango, make small square cuts of approximately 1 cm in size separately for garnishing. Rest of put in blender and make 200 gm mango puree.

  • 3- Soak gelatin in normal water until it becomes soft. Then boil milk and add gelatin, stir till gelatin dissolves well.

  • 4- Now in blender jug, add mango mixture, sugar and cream cheese blend them. Sieve it through sieve filter. Add gelatin milk and cream into mango mixture.

  • 5- Now in a mold, pour this mixture, It should be 1/3 of the mold. Decorate with mango cubes. Pour the remaining mixture into the mold to make it 2/3 of the mold. Now, add a layer of mango slices of mangoes.

  • 6- Pour the remaining mixture until the mold is nearly full. Put the cake in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

  • 7- For Topping: Soak the gelatin in cold water and then add orange juice in it.

  • 8- Boil it till water dissolves and then pour it on the cake, till the mold becomes full (we only need a thick layer or as desired).

  • 9- Refrigerate it till another 4 hours.

  • Enjoy this delicious cake with your family members.

  9. I think is is a bit similar with Mango Charlotte,, but, this one is a lot simpler both in its ingredients and procedure. Mango Charlotte aside from mangoes, cream, milk, gelatin, also needs fruit cocktail, egg yolk, and vanilla....and procedure to make it is more time consuming...However ,,it does look more colorful and yummier..Hehe!
