Cracked Heels

The skin of feet is commonly thick and dry. It is thick because it is the most utilized part of the feet. Dry and cracked heels are the result of nutritional deficiency and inappropriate care. The feet in general receive less attention. But, neglecting the first stage leads to severe pain.

Take a turnip boiled it. After that mash this turnip with this boiling water add pich mustard powder, shampoo and dip your feet for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes clean up your feet with feet brush (jhama).

Now apply petroleum jelly and massage your feet and wear cotton socks. For best result apply this tip at night before going to sleep.
