Cheese is one of the most favorite ingredient of vegetarians and meat lovers. You can prepare cheese at home easily and can enjoy cheese balls, pizza or palak paneer etc with homemade fresh cheese.

  • Ingredients:

  • Whole milk 4 cups

  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp

  • Directions:

  • In a sauce pan heat milk on medium flame, when the milk reaches at high temperature add lemon juice and stir until curd and whey form now turn off burner.

  • Let mixture cool and strain into cloth, gather four corners in one hand and twist with other hand to squeeze whey away from curd.

  • (If you want your cheese in block from then add salt and mix)

  • Now place this curd on a tray any put heavy object like skillet or heavy bottom pan on the curd for about 30 minutes.

  • Cheese is ready to use.
