Another lovely thing to present on valentine day with cream cheese frosting. May be you will think it is difficult but in fact it is not. Check the recipe with pictures and make your day special.

  • Ingredients

  • Coco powder 3 tbsp

  • Vanilla essence 1 ½ tsp

  • Liquid red food color

  • Butter 1 stick

  • Sugar 1 ½ cups

  • Eggs 2

  • All purpose flour 1 ¼ cups

  • Salt ¼ tsp

  • Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 C. Line a 9X13 baking pan with butter paper.

  • In a small bowl combine coco powder, 1 ½ tsp vanilla essence and food color until form a paste.

  • In an other medium bowl beat together butter and sugar until fluffy.

  • Add egg one by one then drop remaining vanilla essence.

  • When it is incorporated, stir in red paste.

  • Shift flour and salt and mix to just combine all.

  • Pour batter in prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  • Transfer on wire rack and let it cool.

  • When it is cool, cut in heart shape by using cookies cutter. Transfer heart brownies on parchment paper for avoid sticking.

  • White Chocolate Frosting

  • Ingredients

  • Butter 1 stick (room temperature)

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • Powder sugar 2 ½ cups

  • White chocolate ¼ cup (melted)

  • Milk 1 tsp

  • Method

  • Cream the butter then add vanilla essence, sugar about ½ cup at one time and mix.

  • Mix in white chocolate and milk.

  • Once frosting is prepared, spread it on one brownie and top with other brownie.
