  • Take good care that you don't let the Kheer stick to the bottom because burnt milk smell and taste awful. If you accidentally let the Kheer burn, don't stir or worse scrap the pan's base. Quickly take the Kheer off the flame and take out the 3/4 Kheer from top in another pan. Now add some saffron, milk and almonds in taken out Kheer. The burnt smell and taste will reduce with this useful tip.
