Ingredients:
4 glasses of water 3 tea bags of good quality teaJuice of 3 lemons Sugar syrup half cup (can be prepared by adding half cup of sugar to half cup of hot water)A pinch of soda bicarbonateMint leaves if desired Ice cubes
Method:
1. Bring water to boil in a saucepan, when starts boiling remove from stove.2. Add tea bags and cover it for 5 minutes.3. Remove tea bags and add soda bicarbonate.4. Add sugar syrup, stir continuously and add lemon juice too.5. Transfer tea in serving bottle or jug and refrigerate till chilled normally 4 to 6 hours.6. Set ice cubes in serving glasses.7. Pour tea and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
